Shared Spaces (Main-Floor Suite): - 2 full bathrooms (cleaned regularly) - Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher - Living and dining areas - Washer and dryer (detergent provided) - Outdoor patio (summer months) The main-floor suite has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one guest per bedroom. My school-aged son and I live in the lower-floor suite. We use and maintain both floors of the house. Cleaning - Shared areas are cleaned regularly by the host - Shared areas are professional deep cleaned every two weeks - Guests are expected to keep shared areas tidy by cleaning up after themselves Kitchen Fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, air fryer, waffle maker, slow cooker, cookware, dishes, oil, spices, and kitchen essentials.
