Our home is a 5 minute walk to the main street with all the bus stops, Grocery stores, banks, fast food, restaurants, pharmacy, coffee shops, and more! We also live near a Soccer field, amusement park, community centre, library that are all walking distance from our house. It’s also a 5 minute walk from multiple bus stops that brings you straight to downtown Vancouver, Burnaby and North Vancouver. We are one of the Top neighbourhoods in Vancouver now. We’re a quiet and very clean family who loves music and game boards. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom 1 Main floor ) with Shared bathroom The room is larger than a standard bedroom, lots of open and natural light and full privacy. It has a big closet and window. You can even fit a mini sofa and tv inside this room too. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 Main floor ) with Shared bathroom This is our 2nd bedroom. Lots of natural light and spacious. It is fully furnished. Perfect for studying and resting. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Bedroom 3 Main floor ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly 4.
