Cozy house in historic neighborhood

Hello! Thanks for checking our household! We live in Strathcona, an old historic neighbourhood with a lot of beautiful old buildings and cute little cafes. We are walking distance from Chinatown, Gastown, Olympic Village (Yaletown is a 30 min walk). All these neighbourhoods have lots of great cafes, restaurants, shops, galleries etc. Interesting places within walking distance: - BC Place (concerts & football & soccer) - BC sports hall of fame and museum - Rogers Arena (concerts & hockey) - Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese garden - Chinatown Storytelling Centre - Chinese Canadian Museum - Vancouver Police Museum - Firehall Theatre - Science World - The seawall (for beautiful walks to all over Vancouver) All other attractions in the city are easily accessible by transit Transit: - 10-minute walk from the Main Street-Science World skytrain - 15-minute walk from Stadium-Chinatown skytrain - Public bike share (paid) point is just down the block - Public electric scooter share (paid) in front of our house - Multiple bus stops within a 5 min block Our household is: a 43 year-old woman, who works in theatre and accessibility; her son who is 12; an 18-year old woman who is studying visual arts and a 22 year old woman, who studies game design. We're all very friendly people! We enjoy having late-night chats, cooking good food together, and doing outdoor activities, like going to theatre, concerts, festivals, gaming, camping or doing picnics. We recently rescued and adopted two kittens, Raspoutine (Poutine for short) and Gizmo. Open communication when something is bothering you or us. For long stays we like to sit down and talk things through after a week or so to make sure everything is going well or to resolve anything that is bothering anyone.
