It’s a townhouse with 7 bedrooms (4 bedrooms on upper and 3 bedrooms in basement) and 2 complete washrooms. My family stays at basement while renters stay 2nd and 3rd floor. It’s very close to Humber College North Campus and very accessible to all transit TTC, Zum and Miway. Bustop is just step away from my home. I need someone to rent long term. Available room is master bedroom that can be shared by working couples. Laundry is in the basement and I need an immediate occupants of this month. Room(s): 1. Double Room ( Bedroom with double size mattress ) with Shared bathroom This bedroom have double size mattress. It’s very spacious. 2 people can share , mattresses are new and it has built in closet with full length mirror. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Single bedroom ) with Shared bathroom Single bedroom with computer table,chair and lamp. Has built in closet with mirror. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: No smoking. Tidy room ,kitchen and washroom after using. Laundry will be once a week during weekend. No pets allowed.
