Family-owned Century Home has secondary living space with high ceilings, bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen and laundry (washer and drier). Our home is an easy walk to TTC subway stops and Danforth GO Station (short ride to Union Station, ScotiaBank Arena and Rogers Centre!). A nice walk south brings you to lively Queen East and Ashbridges Bay. Some free street parking is available near the home. You will sometimes hear our family but the home is quiet from approximately 8 p.m. to 7 a.m. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Private Apartment ) with Private bathroom This room includes access to an entire 700 sq foot living space that's completely private. Capacity: 2 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1800.00 Monthly House Rules: The additional living space in our family home is mostly private. Although you will hear children during the day (especially on weekends) the home is quiet between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. to allow everyone to rest comfortably. Some free street parking is available near the home. Please inquire if you will have a car. There are additional paid options for longer stays. There is no drug use or smoking permitted on the property. Please inquire about pets.
