Welcome to our warm, safe, and comfortable family homestay! We have been hosting students for over 10 years and truly enjoy welcoming students into our home. Our home provides a friendly and supportive environment where students can feel comfortable, respected, and at home. We offer a clean and cozy private room, shared common areas, and a family atmosphere. We enjoy getting to know our students, helping them settle into their new environment, and making their homestay experience enjoyable and memorable. We value respect, kindness, cleanliness, and open communication. We look forward to welcoming a new student into our home and becoming a part of their Canadian experience! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: To keep our home comfortable and welcoming for everyone, we kindly ask our students to follow these house rules: * Please be respectful and considerate of everyone in the home. * Keep your bedroom and shared spaces clean and tidy. * Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. * Please let us know if you will be coming home late or staying out overnight. * No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances in or around the home. * Please ask before inviting friends or guests over. * Keep noise at a reasonable level, especially during quiet hours. * Please use household items and facilities with care. * Follow the agreed schedule for meals, laundry, and bathroom use. * Please clean up after yourself in shared areas. * Respect everyone’s privacy and personal belongings. * Let us know promptly if something is damaged, not working, or needs attention. * Most importantly, communicate openly and treat everyone with kindness and respect. We want our homestay to be a safe, comfortable, and positive experience for everyone.
