I am a mother (nurse) living with my husband, our daughter and two grandchildren. We are very family oriented and offering a home feeling stay. VACATIONERS, BUSINESSMEN & BUSINESS WOMEN AND WORKING INDIVIDUALS ALSO STUDENTS ARE WELCOME TO STAY IN MY HOMESTAY. We are looking for a decent, respectful, mannerly, honest and clean individual to occupy the space in our home. If there are any concerns during your stay feel free to contact me via phone or email. You have your own private entrance to your room in the basement. The "Master King" bedroom has its own private Washroom. And the "Sleep in Comfort" large bedroom has its own washroom. Both Bedrooms have their own washrooms and are very private. Not close to each other rooms. The kitchen is huge, and will be shared if both Rooms are taken at the same time. Otherwise, you will have it for yourself. Our home is equipped with a fire detector, carbon dioxide sector and a fire extinguisher and an emergency exit also Cameras. Please make the full payment for your stay upon arrival (cash or e-transfer) before you get the keys. Weekly stay is negotiable. And please make sure you have a profile photo so that we know who we are communicating with and possibly expecting. Single Room (Sleep in Comfort Bedroom B) with Shared bathroom This is a large room, very spacious. You would have your own bed and the room is shared. You will have a very comfortable stay. Capacity: 1 Rates: 550.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Sleep in Comfort - Bedroom B ) with Ensuite bathroom single room available with own washroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 550.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Don’t forget we want you to feel at home l, but you need to remember you’re in a new environment and household so you need to abide to our house rules: Non smoker No drinking No partying No guests No pets No shoes in the house, house slippers are welcome No wasting water Please clean up after yourself. Please don’t remove any of our items from the premises. You must follow the law in this country. We don’t want to be responsible for your actions. Please turn all lights if not in use. Security Cameras on site Neighborhood is equipped with Security Cameras for everyone’s safety Our neighborhood has a very friendly neighborhood watch. Please take your food waste every morning to the garage food so I can put it in the green bin. Also if you have recycling please do the same.
