Hablo español / Je parle français I have a small one-bedroom with a closet, a desk, single bed and a big window in Toronto's Junction Triangle. Shared bathroom, kitchen and backyard. All the amenities are within walking distance, but this is a transit hub with excellent connections to the airport, universities and hospitals, and downtown. My daughter is out of town at university. I have an indoor- outdoor cat named Kiki. Help yourself to toast, cereal and coffee for breakfast. Room(s): 1. Single Room (The Marilyn!) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / Monthly 2. Single Room (The Mayan!) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 260.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No guests. No smoking or vaping. Let me know when to expect you at home. I will let you know also. You are welcome to use kitchen staples and cookware but please wash your dishes and wipe counters as soon as you finish eating. You can store food in the fridge. No personal items in common spaces or the bathroom. TV is for host's use only. Thanks!
