AVAILABLE February 1st, 2025, may move-in as early as January 15th. I have a furnished room in my 2 bedroom apartment in the North York area. The neighborhood is very quiet and a low-rise building. I am a single Mom with two teenage children that are with me 40% of the week. Looking for a very quiet and clean individual who is comfortable with sometimes being around a dog (can share more details if you're interested). Internet is provided, washroom and kitchen is shared. The building has laundry room. First and last required, short-term preferred, character reference required. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: No additional guest allowed. No other pets, I sometimes have my chocolate lab come but he doesn't play well with other dogs. Must keep kitchen and bathroom clean after each use. Balcony may be used for smoking - no marijuana smoking. Payment is to be made 1st of every month via cash OR e-transfer. To cancel rental must provide a minimum 30days notice.
