Our home is a small bungalow located 20 minutes away from downtown Toronto by train. Check in is at 2pm and check-out is at 10am Close to restaurants, Yorkdale mall, and parks. Close to major highways, and bus access only steps away. 10 minute walk to Eglinton West Station Coin laundry mat is located right across the street. No parking. No smoking, no loud noise or extra guest sleeping overnight. Quiet home at 12am Shared bathroom (with homeowners) Access to kitchen (if needed) Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guest room) with Shared bathroom This room is a comfortable double room for 1 person. It is on the ground floor, with a window facing east. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / 900.00 Monthly House Rules: Pay upon arrival (full amount). Smoking is not allowed indoors. Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. No pets allowed inside. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable.
