With car 3-5min. 10min walk to bus stops Our neighborhood is very central yet private. Quiet and safe with access to all your student needs. We have two parks both 2min walk from our house, one with a massive field and one with a tennis court+playground. We have an at home gym, a full backyard with garden, a patio, Netflix, fast WIFI, computer+printer, washer+dryer, and dual sinks in bathroom. Noise quiet after 11pm however we have the gym downstairs which can have some noise after hours. Be respectful of the home and don't share the address ever.
