Room for rent near KPU Surrey BC

My name is Gary. I live with my wife and 2 children ( 25 yrs old boy and 14 yrs old girl ), and a shih tzu poodle dog. We have a spacious room for a student in my basement suite. This comes with a full bathroom shared with one female student only but you have to clean it once a week or as needed. My house is not located along busy street so its quiet but bus stops are close by. Bus will take you to Kwantlen Polytechnic University (KPU ) in 29 minutes and to Simon Fraser University (SFU) Surrey campus in 35 minutes . Newton Exchange bus terminal is 10 minutes away where all the biggest grocery stores ,restaurants , pharmacy , banks, a community centre, craft store , dollar store are nearby. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Basement room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 850.00 Monthly House Rules: Safety is our priority so we do not tolerate unsafe practices such as drugs , smoking in the room and staying out too late (beyond midnight). Also, to protect our property, eating in the room is not allowed. Cooking is allowed up to 10:00 pm only, making sure that stoves are off, toaster and fryer are unplugged after use. Pots, pans. plates, cups, and other cutleries should be washed immediately after every meals. Wipe and clean the counters as you go. Toiletries, cooking oil and other cooking ingredients are not provided. Cleaning supplies are well provided. You and the other guest will take turn in cleaning the washroom and fridge as well as vacuuming hallways.
