We are a family of four. Myself, husband and 2 young children. We occupy the entire house and have private rooms available in our basement suite which has a seperate entrance for guests to use. Please keep in mind that we require our guests to submit a copy of their valid government issued ID by email, which will be provided once the booking is confirmed online. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Be clean, responsible and respectful Must be okay with some noise from our young children in upper suite Please keep quiet after 10 pm. If you are booking to stay at my place, I do prefer full payment after booking is confirmed by bank transfer Or full payment in cash upon arrival.
