Single Room (The Cozy Room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1080.00 Monthly House Rules: PAYMENT -Full non-refundable payment via cash or email transfer upon arrival. If bank account is in a foreign country, email transfer is not eligible. DAMAGE AND INCIDENTALS You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay. A refundable damage deposit is required - half of stay amount. No Smoking Smoking, vaping, or cannabis use is not allowed indoors or near open windows/doors. 2. No Parties or Events This is a quiet home — no large gatherings or loud activities. 3. Quiet Hours Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM to keep the space peaceful for everyone. 4. No Unregistered Guests Only registered guests are allowed in the suite unless approved in advance. 5. Check-in / Check-out Check-in after 7am, check-out by 11am. Please let us know if you need flexibility — we’ll try to accommodate. 6. Cleanliness Please treat the space with care and leave it tidy. Dishes used should be washed before checkout. Please clean up after yourself throughout the space (including kitchen and bathroom) 7. No Pets We love animals, but unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this time. 8. Use of Laundry In-suite laundry is available for guest use. Please use respectfully and during reasonable hours. 9. Fireplace Use You’re welcome to use the gas fireplace — please turn it off when not in use and follow safety instructions provided. 10. Damages / Breakages Please report any accidental damage as soon as possible so we can address it promptly. You will be responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning.
