Welcome, International and Canadian Students! We are a small, caring family offering a safe and comfortable home exclusively for students. Our fully furnished room provides a clean and cozy space with a comfortable single bed, free WiFi, and free laundry access. Location: I live in a beautiful townhome located in a decent upscale neighborhood on Scott Road in Surrey, BC,. * approx 30 mins skytrain rider to KPU Surrey Campus, Douglas College, Surrey Learning Centre (English Programs), Sprott Shaw College, Surrey Campus, Surrey Community College, Simon Fraser University, Surrey Campus (SFU), CDI College, Surrey Campus, Vancouver Career College, Surrey Campus * 2 minutes walk to public bus stop, 10 minutes by bus going to Scott Road Skytrain Station. * 40 minutes away via Taxi or Uber from Vancouver Airport YVR * 45 minutes to downtown Vancouver by SkyTrain * Close to shopping malls, grocery stores, banks, restaurants, parks, and recreation centers Room: A beautiful bedroom, private washroom, high speed internet Complimentary: Free coffee and tea Support the Student: Applying for a health care card Applying for a work permit Getting a bus pass Opening a bank account Setting up a cellphone Shopping trips to malls and grocery stores for essentials. Single Room (Room 1) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: On arrival please remove shoes , use slippers Rooms are to be kept tidy with bed to be made up each morning on departure When leaving the house double check all lights and stove and heating is switched off Lock the front door after you. Any utensils in the kitchen are available to you however all dishes must go in the dishwasher directly after meals. In the event you were not returning for an evening let us know 12 hours in advance, No smoking, drugs or alcohol permitted. Non smokers only. No viewing of nudes or other illicit material. NO Loud music Guests not permitted without authorization. Please be considerate of and keep tidy shared spaces such as washrooms and kitchens. At the end of your stay if the room and washroom is not returned in the state that it was received a cleaning fee will apply If you're not sure about something, please ask!
