I live in a quite neighborhood and have big back and front yard with fish pond in front and back. I have five rooms available but there is two rooms in it, we have for specifically females only but other three rooms are available for everyone . We do have rooms for males as well. Our check in time is 2pm and check out time is 12 noon but we are open to requests. Also we only accept canadian cash or etransfer but no credit cards. Room(s): 1. Double Room (garden view bedroom#2) with Shared bathroom This is a large double room for one person or for a couple. It is on the ground floor. Have a separate kitchen that can be used if needed. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (garden view bedroom#1) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (ground floor front view single room ) with Shared bathroom Single bed with a front view and easy excess to kitchen Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 980.00 Monthly 4. Single Room (frontview female room) with Ensuite bathroom This room large and beautiful with a queen bed. We prefer females in this room Capacity: 1 Rates: 325.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 5. Single Room (Female only room ) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1000.00 Monthly House Rules: 1. Be respectful to everybody 2. No pork or pork products in the house 3. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking 4. Clean up after yourself and keep your room clean 5. Take out the garbage 6. Laundry once per week 7. Shared washrooms please take turns cleaning and sanitizing 8. Turn lights off when you go to sleep 9. make sure to lock the entrance door and close the windows when you leaving the house, a key will be provided 10. Please ask if you have any questions 11. Just a friendly reminder we only accept Canadian cash or etransfer, no credit cards. 12. No visitors allowed without prior approval. 13. If you break any rules you will be evicted from the house with no refund.
