The living and dining room are spacious enough for your daily activities. Our home is conveniently located, just an 8-minute drive from downtown Richmond on Route 3, a 15-minute drive from Vancouver International Airport, and a 5-minute walk from the bus stop. Double Room (Room 1) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1350.00 Monthly House Rules: No pets, no smoking, no friends or other people visiting the house, and no bad habits. For stays longer than seven days, use of a washing machine and dryer is permitted. No food or drinks are permitted on carpeted areas. Wear socks on carpeted areas and do not wear shoes on carpeted areas. Please check that doors and windows are closed when leaving the house. Return home by 10 p.m.; if leaving later than 10 p.m., please notify us in advance. Speak softly and remain quiet.
