Single Room (Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 500.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Welcome to our home! We want you to feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. These guidelines help keep everything running smoothly for everyone. General Respect • Please treat our home with care and respect. • Clean up after yourself in shared spaces (kitchen, bathroom, living areas). • Keep your room tidy and in good condition. Quiet Hours • Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM. • Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. Meals • Breakfast is included daily. • Please let us know of any allergies or dietary restrictions. • Kitchen use is available, but please clean up after yourself. Pets • We have a Goldendoodle and a toy poodle who are very friendly. • Please be kind and respectful toward them at all times. Guests & Visitors • No overnight guests unless approved in advance. • Visitors are welcome with prior notice. Security • Always lock doors when leaving the house. • Do not share keys or access codes with anyone. Smoking & Substances • No smoking, vaping, or drugs inside the home. • Alcohol is allowed in moderation and respectfully. Laundry • Laundry is available (set days or upon request—customize this). • Please be mindful of water and electricity use. Bathroom Use • Keep the bathroom clean after use. • Limit shower time to 10–15 minutes. Communication • Please let us know your general schedule (school/work). • Inform us if you will be late or away overnight.
