Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bed room 1 ( second floor)) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Bedroom 2 ( basement apartment)) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Keep room clean. No other people stay over night. Do laundry once a week ( except urgent). Amenities: Internet Access, Laundry, Garden, Parking, Gym at home Local Amenities: Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Hospital, Park, Local Train Station
