Homestay

We offer 1upstairs room with bathroom. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: We are providing transfer for students, to school and picking up after school, for additional cost of $100.00 per month! We have two children, a daughter and son that that are married and do not leave with us. Knowing how hard is to be away from home, we really would like to offer our home as a 2nd home to the international students. Our 10 years experience as homestay parents, give us confidence to continue with this orientation. We are both electrical engineers, who consider education as a 'key' to success. We are very good in math and can provide tutoring if needed. Welcome in our home! Room(s): 1. Single Room (Room1) with Shared bathroom Bright east-facing single room on the upper floor with a peaceful backyard view. Ideal for one person. Shared bathroom is just steps away. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: Only accept students between the ages of 13 and 18. As per Standard Ontario Residential Tenancies Act.
