A cozy place to stay!

My home is on a centrally located residential street with only a few steps to public transportation, right outside the door. I have a very welcoming, cozy, comfortable home within a very short walking distance of a coffee shop, a mall, restaurants, a gym, grocery stores, and more. The view on my large deck is of Mount Benson with lots of nature all around, including a small lake in the neighborhood. My home is your perfect homestay on Vancouver Island of British Columbia! Room(s): 1. Single Room (1 Bedroom) with Shared bathroom This room is a good sized room with lots of light, space and privacy. The futon or couch which folds down into a bed is clean and comfortable. Having a futon also allows for lots of room for a desk in the room. Capacity: 1 Rates: 240.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: Arrival after 5:00 pm. Check out by noon. No showers after 10:00 pm. Telephone calls in the bedroom only and not before 7:30 am and after 10:00 pm. Continental breakfast included. Payment is required upon arrival at the homestay.
