A cozy place to stay!

Welcome to my comfortable home in beautiful Nanaimo! My home is on a centrally located residential street with only a few steps to public transportation, right outside the door. My home is a very short walking distance to coffee shops, a shopping mall, restaurants, a gym, grocery stores, and more. The view on my large deck is of Mount Benson with lots of nature all around, including a small lake in the neighborhood which I like to walk around regularly. My home is your perfect homestay on Vancouver Island, British Columbia! “Please note that in case of shortening the stay or leaving due to breaking any house rules, the amount paid is non-refundable.” Room(s): 1. Double Room (1 Bedroom) with Shared bathroom The bedroom is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. A large sundeck is outside the room, which you are welcome to use. Both the room and the deck look out at Mount Benson. Capacity: 2 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 950.00 Monthly House Rules: Arrival after 5:00 pm. Check out by noon. No showers after 10:00 pm. Telephone calls in the bedroom only and not before 7:30 am and after 10:00 pm. No loud noise after 10 pm. Continental breakfast included, if you wish. You can store food in my fridge and use my microwave oven. Cooking on my stove or use of my oven is not allowed. Payment is required upon arrival at the homestay, either cash or e-transfer. For longer stays, we can discuss a payment schedule. If you want to receive guests, please ask me beforehand. Absolutely no overnight guests.
