You will be sharing the same house with me and the guests during their stays. We can support and help each other. A new renovated home is located in Clarkson, Mississauga. Easy access to local bus, GO train to city. Convenient location to grocery store, community centre ( swimming pool, gym and library), park...etc Perfect for international student who wants to enjoy new Canada life with safe environment, and college student. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1050.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 1) with Shared bathroom This room has a larger queen size bedroom with big window. Decent space to store personal items and in-build closet. Capacity: 1 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Room 3) with Ensuite bathroom This room is at the second floor, has big window + brand new furniture- twin size bedroom, desk & chair and closet. Ideal for traveler, new comer or international student. Capacity: 1 Rates: 300.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly House Rules: 1) No smoking indoors 2) Shared washroom 3) Kitchen is for light meals. Another option is 3 meals provided by homestay. 4) Weekly Laundry on the weekend 5) respect other roommates, be quiet after 11pm, clean common area after use. 6) If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. No over night staying guests, unless the host allows it for a special request. 7) No pets are allowed inside. 8) Please keep our home secure and lock doors and windows when leaving the house 9) Please respect our home but feel comfortable.
