We are a semi-retired couple offering 4 spacious bedrooms in our quiet and well-maintained home. We enjoy hosting international students and visiting professionals and providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable living environment. Each room is fully furnished with a queen-size bed, a desk and a chair, storage drawers, and a large closet. Our home is located in a safe residential neighborhood with a short 12 minutes walk to Mt Joy GO station, and busses, grocery stores, restaurants, banks, medical clinics, and parks. Markville Mall, York University Markham Campus, and Markham Stouffville Hospital are all a 10-minute drive away. Renewable 6, 9 or 12 months lease is required. 1 month refundable damages deposit required. House Rules • No overnight guests or visitors • No smoking, alcohol, vaping, or drugs • Quiet hours after 10:30 PM • Clean up the kitchen and bathroom after use • Turn off lights and appliances after use • Report any accident immediately • No pets • No shoes in the house • $50 for lost and damage key Verification on application • Valid government ID • Reference from previous landlord(s), if applicable
