Hi All! Thank you for looking into our listing for your future stay. Hamilton, Ontario, is a lovely city that is growing faster by the day. With a population of over 500K, it's much smaller than its neighbouring city, Toronto, but big enough to have a perfect city feel without being overwhelmed. Our home is a great location for commuters by car or public transportation. We have close access to the QEW and are steps away from a bus stop to our transit terminals. Many local amenities include Freshco Grocery store, Tim Horton's, Home Hardware, Busy Bee Convenience, Centre mall and much more. All within walking distance! Capacity: 1 Rates: 290.00 Weekly / 1100.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Second floor Master) with Shared bathroom This room includes a queen bed with bay windows. Features include desk and chair with lounge chair for leisure reading and dresser drawer. There is also a small closet for your belongings. Great for people who enjoy a bigger space. Capacity: 1 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1320.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Second floor front Window) with Shared bathroom Loft bed with desk, chair and small dresser drawer Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 975.00 Monthly House Rules: 1a. Clean up after yourself 1b. Keep your room tidy as much as possible. 2. Be kind, manners and etiquette are the basics. Remember all hate is self hate and everything else is feedback. 3. Compost food waste and follow City's recycling chart 4. Kitchen cooking is welcomed, have all tools cleaned and put away in its place. Wipe down kitchen counters and sweep floors after use. 5. Be mindful of noise level during late hours. 6. Laundry washes on weekends preferred. 7. Office space is available. Please supply own printer paper. 8. We have little storage room and cannot hold big personal belongings. Small furnishings are welcome and luggage to a maximum of 50 lbs. 9. No smoking or vaping indoors.
