About us: Albina is a retired psychologist, and Sergey is a computer engineer. We have a brand new house with all the amenities you need, located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Currently we have a basement studio suite available. About Space: The basement studio is fully furnished (4K TV, towels, bedsheets, kitchen appliances, fridge, vacuum, iron and ironing board), a separate entrance, full bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Heated floors and proper air ventilation system. Price includes Wi-Fi and utilities. We welcome people of all backgrounds! $1600 CAD/month for Basement Private Studio (does not include meals) + $800 CAD Damage Deposit Room(s): 1. Double Room (Studio Basement) with Ensuite bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: No shoes in the house. Noise to be kept to a minimum, and no loud noise after 11pm. You are welcome to bring guests (but no loud parties after quiet time, and you are responsible for your guests) You are responsible for cleaning up your personal space No drugs (alcohol is ok) 1500 CAD/month for Basement Room Damage Deposit is required (750 CAD) Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Smoke Alarm, Laundry, Parking
