We are quiet and friendly family located in River Spring, Coquitlam City, BC, Canada. We are english speaking and we are inviting international students to stay in our warm and lovely home. Our house is just about 10 minutes drive to major parks, lakes, fitness centers, shopping centers, restaurants, supermarkets, community college and secondary schools, bus terminals, Westcoast express station and Skytrain station. Our house has two double bed bedrooms with shared bathroom facility. We are non-smoking family with no pets and we love nature and quite environment. We are looking for quiet students who are enjoying quite living style. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Guestroom B) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1200.00 Monthly House Rules: Be respectful and considerate to other household occupants. Please agree with host in advance on friend over. No overnight guests. No smoking and pets. No party. Always inform host for any late stay outs. Specific rules will be discussed upon arrival.
