My name is Barb, I am a Daycare Teacher works from home, I have two children one is married the other in university also am a proud Grandma, we are a very loving Christian family and is very much looking forward to hosting guests from any where around the world and to make them feel very comfortable. The Main intersection to our home is Castlemore Road and Goreway Drive. The bus stop is beside our home and is 10 mins away from all highways, stores, shopping malls and supermarkets, also about 50 fast food restaurant to choose from if ever needs to eat out. Also Hospital, dental clinic and so many to mentioned all accessible from my home. We can host very long term and short term stays which includes working people or international students or any working person or visitors coming on vacation. who goes to school or any working people who goes out to work or any visitors coming on vacations. 2 large spacious bedroom complete with bed, vanity writing desk fully furnished, mirror, closet, large windows etc . Kitchen can be used, just please tidy when finish using. laundry once a week preferably after 7.00 peak time or weekend. Internet service is free also parking is free Public transport bus, runs right besides my house day and night. As a Host I love to treat my guest with respect. Guests will be providing their own grocery's and washroom supplies, if possible I help out at times. Please any Short stay (5) days or less cost is $40 per night. Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1120.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Room 2 ) with Private bathroom This is room 2 very big and spacious, one bed ,writing desk with chair, closet and vanity, hardwood floor, an ottoman, desk lamp and mirror, washroom with separate doors , very immaculate room Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1120.00 Monthly House Rules: no smoking, or drinking alcohol ,, must be honest, and loving, laundry once a week, after peak hour or Saturday or Sunday our guest are most welcome to use the kitchen, microwave to warm up food, however we do ask for you to clean up after yourself we ask you keep the room/bathroom and any area of the home clean as well. No friends is allowed in my home. Please due to Covid and having a baby in the home please take extra precaution in my home.
