We offer a quiet and structured homestay in a respectful household. We are a family of two: myself and my 16-year-old daughter. Our home has three rooms available. One room includes a private entrance and bathroom for added independence. Wi-Fi and laundry access are included. We have hosted students from various countries and provide a stable, clean environment suitable for study and daily living. Room(s): 1. Single Room (1) with Private bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 210.00 Weekly / 700.00 Monthly House Rules: House rules are in place to maintain a quiet and respectful home environment. Lights should be off and noise kept low after 10pm to support rest for all residents. Bathrooms and shared spaces must be cleaned after each use. Guests are not allowed without prior approval. Smoking, vaping, alcohol, and drugs are not permitted on the property. Respectful behaviour and clear communication are expected at all times.
