Quiet home, garden to study, relax and cuddles with a Golden Retriever

The house is bright, welcoming and filled with natural light, creating a calm and comfortable atmosphere to come home to. This room includes a single bed, desk, large cube shelves and wardrobe space, making it ideal for someone wanting a peaceful and practical space. Each room has its own split-system heating and cooling, so you can stay comfortable all year round. You’ll also have access to our newly renovated shared bathroom, toilet and laundry, all kept clean and tidy. Outside, there is a spacious pergola and back garden with extra areas to relax, enjoy a cup of tea, read or unwind after work. Public transport is convenient, with buses nearby on Honour Avenue connecting to both Wyndham Vale V/Line Station and Werribee Metro Station. I also share the home with my beautiful golden retriever, who is incredibly friendly, affectionate and loves cuddles and attention. It’s important that you genuinely enjoy dogs and ideally have experience living with one before. If you have a dog yourself, we would just need to arrange a meet-up first to make sure they get along well together. Unfortunately, I can’t accommodate cats due to allergies. This is a female-only household, however you are very welcome to have friends visit during the day. Occasional overnight stays from a partner can also be discussed openly and respectfully. I’m hoping to find someone friendly, considerate and easy going who will enjoy the relaxed and welcoming feel of the home
