Racquel and my husband and I are experienced hosts living in a beautiful, spacious home in Tarneit, just a 5-minute walk from the bus station and a convenient 40-minute train ride to Melbourne City. We are writing to express our interest in offering our home as a homestay for Japanese students attending your esteemed institution. About Our Home We have two well-lit and comfortable bedrooms available, perfect for students seeking a welcoming and supportive environment. Our home is equipped with modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living area where students can relax and feel at home. About Us I work as a nurse, and my husband is a theatre technician. We both have busy schedules but cherish our free time by spending it with family and friends, exploring the city, watching movies, hiking, and camping. We also have a friendly dog who stays with us 2-3 days a week, adding an extra touch of warmth and companionship to our home. What We Offer Two Available Bedrooms: Spacious and bright, ready for students to make their own. Fully furnished Convenient Location: 5 minutes to the bus station, 40 minutes by train to Melbourne City. Shared Spaces: Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, and a friendly atmosphere. Pet-Friendly Environment: Our friendly dog is present a few days a week. Use of Amenities: Be mindful of energy and water usage. Turn off lights, appliances, and taps when not in use. Pets: Treat our dog with care and inform us if you’re uncomfortable around pets.
