Hi! Bert, German/Australian, and Xiao Ping, Chinese/Australian, offer rooms for international students. We have a total of three rooms available for visitors. We built our large house six years ago. It's centrally located between Beach/Glenelg and the city of Adelaide, just steps from the bus and tram. Xiao Ping is a cook, and I'm a therapist. A healthy lifestyle, nutrition, and nature are important to us. The price of $350 per week includes all costs plus breakfast and dinner Monday through Friday, and three meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) on Saturday and Sunday. A four-week bond is payable upon arrival! Room(s): 1. Single Room (room) with Shared bathroom The room is facing north and measures 3.15 meters x 4.65 meters! Large built-in wardrobes and wooden floor (spotted gum). Double bed with new mattress, desk and desk lamp and bedside lamp available. Air conditioner. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: We are very concerned about cleanliness, respect and politeness. The price includes breakfast and dinner Monday - Friday and 3 meals (breakfast, lunch + dinner) Saturday and Sunday. Also WiFi / broadband and washing machine use. No smoking or drugs. A bicycle (mountain bike/ladies) is available. No visitors without our permission. A bond of 4 weeks rent is payable on arrival and will be returned to the student when departing!
