Moving to a new country can feel exciting, overwhelming and sometimes lonely, which is why we aim to offer more than just a room. Since opening our home in 2016, we’ve welcomed students, travellers and working professionals from around the world and created a space where guests can truly feel comfortable, safe and at home. Our home is located in the peaceful suburb of Revesby in South Sydney, close to train stations, supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and essential amenities, with direct access to Sydney CBD and the airport via the T8 line. The house itself is modern, spacious and beautifully maintained, featuring bright open living areas, comfortable furnished rooms and a relaxing backyard with an alfresco area to unwind after a busy day. I am a retired nurse who loves cooking, while my husband enjoys gardening and our occasional games of Scrabble together. We genuinely enjoy meeting people from different cultures, hearing their stories and learning about their backgrounds and traditions. Many of our guests arrive as strangers and leave feeling like family. We understand how important it is to feel welcomed when starting a new chapter in Australia, and we do our best to make every stay comfortable, enjoyable and memorable. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Orange room) with Shared bathroom This room has double size bed. It accommodates 2 people specifically international students. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Double Room (Grapes room) with Shared bathroom This room has 2 single beds, with closet that can accommodate things for two people. It has one table and one chair and a lamp. Bed sheets and bed covers are available upon request. This room is next to the main bathroom. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Green room) with Shared bathroom This room has a queen size bed that can accommodate two people. It has its own closet. It is clean and neat and comfortable. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 4. Double Room (Mango room) with Shared bathroom This room has two single beds with closet big enough for two persons. It is clean and comfortable. Bed sheets and bed covers are provided upon request. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1300.00 Monthly 5. Double Room (Apple room) with Ensuite bathroom This room is immaculate with balcony facing the street, with walk in closet and ensuite, with TV. A comfortable queen size bed. Capacity: 2 Rates: Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly House Rules: To help maintain a comfortable, clean and respectful home environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to follow these house rules: - Please keep your room neat and tidy. - Turn off lights, air conditioning and appliances when not in use. - Please avoid excessive drinking or loud gatherings. - Keep shared areas, especially the kitchen, clean after use. - Please clean the bathroom/toilet after use out of consideration for others. - Eating or storing food inside bedrooms is not permitted. - Please dispose of rubbish in the correct bins when full. - Visitors are not permitted in bedrooms without prior approval from the host.
