The large guest bedroom and private en-suite is fully equipped for guests to relax and enjoy their stay The master guest bedroom is designed with a super comfy queen size bed, wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, reverse split aircon for summer and heating for winter and of course it’s own private en-suite with large walk in shower and twin heads. The room has complete privacy from neighbours, traffic and outside noise, you won’t even know that you are staying in the heart of it all. Guest Access GUESTS HAVE ACCESS TO Kitchen with - Fridge, microwave, oven and gas stove, dishwasher, cooking equipment and utensils. Living Area with - Samsung smart TV and Apple home pod. Laundry with - Washing machine, clothes dryer ($5 fee), iron and board. CHECK IN * Any time after 2pm * Self check in is available and the guide will be sent to guests on the morning of check in date. 2. CHECK OUT * 10am or before. * When checking out, please leave the key on the kitchen counter or back in the lockbox. 3. PAYMENT * Guests are required to pay the remainder of their stay upon arrival. This can be done through PayID, Bank Transfer or PayPal. 4. HOST * As I am a live in host in the townhouse, I am readily available for anything that my guests might need to know. Please don’t hesitate to ask or message me on my mobile. 5. INFORMATION * If for some reason I am not around, ask SIRI on the apple home pod downstairs to find out more information, just say ‘Hey Siri’ and ask a question. 6. APPLIANCES * Please ask me if you have any questions on how to operate appliances. 7. ELECTRICITY * So as not to waste electricity please turn off lights, air conditioning and heating when going out for the day or night. 8. CLEAN UP * Guests are expected to clean up after themselves while using the kitchen, living area, laundry and court yard during their stay. * This includes: * Placing dirty dishes in the dishwasher or * Washing and drying up after they have finished cooking. 9. LAUNDRY * Clothes dryer - $5.00 fee per load * Washing Machine - no fee * Clothes drying rack - in room * Clothes line - in the courtyard 10. PUPPIES * I kindly ask guests to refrain from feeding the puppies as they have strict diets and not letting them out the front door. 11. GATE ON LOWER STAIRCASE * Please keep the gate on the lower staircase latched at all times, this is to prevent the puppies from climbing the stairs.
