Settle into easy coastal living in this king-size room with a queen bed, ideal for a calm, comfortable short stay or a long-term home base. The room is bright, spacious, and part of a friendly, laid-back household. You’ll have shared access to a clean bathroom and toilet, plus all the outdoor perks: a large pool, spa, and a chilled outdoor area perfect for morning coffees or sunset drinks. Located in a quiet street just a short stroll to the beach and new marina, and only 7 minutes to Joondalup City and the train station, it’s a super convenient spot for work, study, or simply enjoying the coastal lifestyle. A peaceful, relaxed coastal stay where you can truly settle in and feel at home. Room(s): 1. Double Room (The Poolside Retreat) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 2 Rates: 370.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Respect the home — Treat the space, furniture, and outdoor areas with care. Please report any breakages immediately. (No issues, accidents happen, I just need to make sure my dog doesn't step on glass.) Quiet hours — Keep noise low after 10pm to maintain a peaceful environment. Shared bathroom etiquette — Leave the bathroom clean, remove personal items, and please turn fan on when showering. Kitchen use — Cooking is fine; clean up immediately after use and wipe bench / stove top after use. Please put dirty dishes into dishwasher after use. There is a BBQ available for you to use outside. If you are not sure how anything works, please ask, Happy to explain. Pool & spa rules — Use respectfully, no glass or bottle caps in pool. No bombies. Please do not use after 10pm out of respect for the neighbours and other tenants. Pergola/chill area — Enjoy freely; please recycle any cans in the recycle bags provided. Board games - please feel free to play any board games, just make sure you pack all the pieces away after use. Visitors policy — No unannounced visitors; all visits must be arranged with me beforehand. Smoking/vaping — Strictly outside only! Please use the ashtrays provided and do not throw butts in the garden. Laundry use — free to use washing machine anytime between 8am and 8pm. Please don't use the dryer unless its raining. Parking — Use designated spots only; keep driveway clear. Pets — Respect my dog; keep doors / garage door closed and please don’t feed her (even if she gives you puppy dog eyes) Rubbish & recycling — Follow bin system. Bins are marked with recycling and general rubbish. All cans to be recycled are in designated bags in outdoor area. Friendly notice rule — Rent is weekly. If you’re planning to move on, please just give me two weeks’ heads-up so I can organise the room. Unlimited internet is provided.
