Newport beach village

You will share my home with me , l am allowed people over 40 years of age here I live about 10 minutes walk from the beach, l love nature and health, work from home as well at a kindy -down to earth-great love for animals-l have a cat l rise early and bed early ie up at 6am down at 9 pm love natural food guests can use my beginner surfboard and - this is a quiet village with old people between 55 and even up to 90 years of age. Room(s): 1. Single Room (one room) with Shared bathroom Room with a double bed. Sliding window door, lots of cupboard storage, lots of light. Room opens into bathroom as well as lounge living area ie two entrances. Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / Monthly House Rules: A short shower please ie 5 minutes one shower per person each day no smoking anywhere on the property or complex- non smokers only allowed to stay with us thank you. lights out after 10 pm within room no loud noise after 10pm no cooking after 830 pm Amenities: TV, Internet Access, Laundry, Garden Local Amenities: Tennis, Gym, Swimming, Beach, Library, Shopping Centre, Local Bus Stop, Park, Golf, Bowling, Water Sports, Health Club, Restaurant
