Gorgeous home Mount Barker

Home located in Mount Barker SA. Room available on foam mattress or single bed in huge movie room that has 3 reclining chairs & 70inch Tv for you to use. Can sleep in that room up to 4 if you have well behaved children or are travelling cheap with family or friends. 8 metre x 3metre swimming pool just installed in Feb 2022. We have chooks & a bee hive. Gorgeous outdoor kitchen including wood fired pizza oven so we regularly have pizza nights. 200Hz Tv in living room great for sport. Gym equipment set up in garage. Filtered rain water services the house so we shower in rain water. Recently added ceiling fans to all rooms of the house. New quality curtains installed throughout. Unlimited nbn, Netflix & Stan. I'm working on a big veggie patch & fruit trees to try to live more sustainably & to cut down on food bills. House on half an acre, in a gorgeous estate fantastic for going for walks. Short distance to Laratinga Wetland. Monitored video cameras for extra security. House is very quiet. Hardly anyone home. Additional fees may apply if extra cleaning is required. Additional fees for doing laundry check with owner. Room(s): 1. Family Room (Living/movie room) with Shared bathroom Large room with queen size bed & single bed. If needed there is room for a single floor mattress (Ive listed this under futon). Strictly no food in room & no shoes which saves a cleaning fee. If room left a mess a cleaning fee will be required. Capacity: 4 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / Monthly House Rules: No food or drinks other than water in the room. Shoes off in the house. Meals additional. After 2nd guest additional guests $20 per person. Please clean up after yourself. If using kitchen please wash & put away dishes after use. Towels provided upon request. Please be respectful. Any rude disruptive behavior will result in being required to vacate. Smoking only allowed outside at the front of the house.
