Rumpus room with kitchen

I live on my own with my 2 little dogs and work full-time hours at the local high school. My parents live close buy and they visit weekly and I have a 23yr old daughter that lives with her partner. I do host International younger students in the main home that attend schools locally. I live in Morphett Vale, south of the city but a very short walk to either States Rd or Main South Rd to catch buses anywhere. I love to hang out with my friends, go away in my caravan when I can, gardening and op-shopping. I live in a 3 bedroom house and you would live in a huge renovated and furnished rumpus room attached to the home by the entertainment area. Room(s): 1. Single Room (rumpus room) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: Weekly / 1120.00 Monthly House Rules: There is 24 hour access to the toilet / laundry but not the bathroom as its inside next to my bedroom. I ask that the guest showers between 6.30am and 7.30am before I go to work or between 5pm and 9.30pm at night so I can go to bed. I will lock the home up until I have a relationship with the long term guest, I will then give them access during the day. There is a sink in the laundry and also an outdoor kitchen with hot and cold water. There is a full cooking kitchen in the rumpus room with cooktop, oven, exhaust fan and microwave with a full sized fridge and prep area, just no water. I'm happy for a friend/ partner to stay on occasions but more regular stays will up the rent as it will up my bills. You have your own entry to the back of the house to get to the rumpus room, I just ask that the screen door is locked again when you enter and leave my home through the carport. I'm pretty easy going and really want someone long term that wants to live independently knowing that they have the security of myself inside the home and is tidy and clean. No pets please.
