A Touch of the Bush in the City

2 x rooms avail, family property on acreage, incl pool, dogs, chooks, horses, 10 min to Moreton Bay, transport at the door. My Mum (who lives in her separate cottage) and I have travelled widely and welcome all visitors. I have had OS students and longer term tenants stay over the last 15 years. We welcome you to feed the birds, (kookaburras, magpies, lorakeets), take a dip in the pool or relax on our expansive deck. A quiet and relaxed retreat in the city. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Blue Room) with Shared bathroom Medium sized room which opens onto the rear deck, incl desk if required, lamp, drawers, hanging cupboard, fan. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1400.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Yellow Room) with Shared bathroom This is a medium sized room with a double bed, built in cupboard, desk if required and fan. Capacity: 1 Rates: 320.00 Weekly / 1280.00 Monthly House Rules: Prefer non smokers or outside smoking only. Must be comfortable with 2 x joyful and friendly Border Collie x English Spaniels adolescent dogs. Check in after 2pm, check out before 10am.
