Walkway at the end of the street takes you to the train station. Goodna’s between Brisbane and Ipswich, about 20 mins to Brisbane CBD. Offering a double bedroom with double bed; side tables/lamp. New pillow top mattress with a new memory foam topper for that extra bit of luxury. Feather pillows provided. Fan/light, built in mirror robes, carpet in bedroom. 2 x floor to ceiling windows bring a lot of light into the room. Both windows have blinds for privacy. PLUS your own bathroom, shower, vanity/mirror and large bath. Separate toilet next to your bathroom which is just for you. My bedroom and bathroom are at the other end of the house. $270pw, 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks for bond. I'm an older woman working 5 to 6 days a week - Friday to Tuesday. I run a transport home delivery service and can organise a free box of Hello Fresh for you weekly. I rarely use the kitchen so if you're into cooking the kitchen is yours.
