Single Room (Quiet Central single ladies bedroom ) with Shared bathroom room is very quiet & dark, great for morning sleep-ins, it has wooden floorboards but covered by a light rug for warmth and cozyness, a 2 door wardrobe,long single motorised bed,desk with nook, bedside table & lampstand,chest of drawers & long mirror Capacity: 1 Rates: 280.00 Weekly / 1135.00 Monthly 3. Double Room (Large studio bedroom) with Shared bathroom This larger bedroom is like a small apartment where you can relax, study or slip comfortably and can have 2 people in it but at the moment I'd like only ladies in the house, so if you're happy to share with a friend then I'm happy too :) Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1414.00 Monthly House Rules: Be polite and respectful to other guests, always clean up your own mess, including cleaning the bathroom, kitchen and the dishes, putting them away as soon as they are dry, put all rubbish out every Wednesday night into the big bins outside, hang washing outside or on dryers under covered area, clean and vacuum & dust bedrooms weekly, wash bedding every 2 weeks, any damage done to the dwelling, its furnishings or dishes has to be replaced or paid for.
