Simple, safe and clean

I was born in Perú, and living for 11 years in Cronulla. I'm an easy going person working 6 days a week, my spare time I spend walking, swimming and socialice with friends and of course on weekends I dance salsa. (Language English & Spanish) I used to have roommates so is not new to share the flat with others. About the unit is a two bedrooms unit. The building is in a quiet neighbourhood in Cronulla, very close to the mall, beaches and public transport. The unit is simple, nice and clean with unlimited internet. It isn't a luxury place but nice that you can named it home. If my guest get in Sydney during my time off of work I could pick them up from the airport and I provided them with two Opald cards for train, bus and ferry, Room(s): 1. Single Room (Bedroom) with Shared bathroom Capacity: 1 Rates: 711.97 Weekly / 2712.25 Monthly House Rules: Respect. During your stay don't be noisy if you come in after 11pm. Leave the kitchen and bathroom clean after you use it. Be sure all the electrical are off including the internet whe you are leaving home.
