A bright, clean, fresh and peaceful home on a pleasant, safe and quiet street. The fully furnished dwelling consists of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and combined kitchenette and lounge. It is detached from the main house where a friendly Christian family live. There is a yard and garden. There is a laundry and full kitchen in the main house, and access can be arranged. Meals can be provided at extra cost. One bedroom with a single bed is available. The other bedroom now occupied by a friendly working Christian female. There are currently also rooms available in the house if more rooms are needed. One of them is featured. Besides that, there are 2 other smaller rooms available. Each room has its own attractive features. We are looking for preferably Christian people with compatible values to share our place with. Single, quiet, honest, respectful people who will fit in harmoniously with our family and neighbourhood are welcome. It is a great place to study, relax and pray. International students are welcome. Working people, and older single people also welcome. No pets allowed. Room(s): 1. Single Room (Granny Bedroom 1) with Shared bathroom This is a generous bedroom, with a kind single bed, desk, bedside, wardrobe and drawers. Its one of 2 bedrooms in the granny flat. The other room is currently occupied by a female Christian teacher. The bathroom and kitchen/lounge are shared. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly 2. Single Room (Light-filled and spacious) with Shared bathroom This is a pleasant, spacious room with a king single bed, built in wardrobes, desk, bedside drawers, lamp and coffee table. This room in in the main house, not the granny flat. The house is shared with a working female mum and 2 teenage kids. Capacity: 1 Rates: 400.00 Weekly / 1600.00 Monthly House Rules: A WWCC is preferred. No additional guests are allowed. Clean up after yourself. Be respectful of other people, including the neighbours. Quiet time after 9:00pm. No pets allowed.
