Hi! I'm Tatiana, a working professional and mother living in a cosy three-bedroom home in the very luxurious Bicton, very close to the beaches at the river mouth and the famous "Bicton Baths", Blackwall Reach and Point Walter. If you're here to holiday, I would love to help you settle in, introduce you to the vibrant culture of Fremantle, and show you some of the beautiful places that make this area special. Living here, you'll have a comfortable home base to help you make the most of your experience. I live here with my 11 year old daughter. Long term student stays are very welcome Looking forward to welcoming you! Please note valid digital identities must be submitted before the stay. If applicable, a copy of your visas should also be provided. And two personal references. Payment conditions: Stay Less Than a Week: Full payment for the entire stay is required in advance. Stay More Than a Week: Weekly rent must be paid in advance before the start of each week. Bond Requirement: A refundable bond of $200 is required upon arrival and will be refunded at departure, provided there are no damages or outstanding payments. Room(s): 1. Double Room (Small double room) with Shared bathroom This room is on the ground floor, and has large closet space. Capacity: 2 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1500.00 Monthly House Rules: Lights down by 9pm weekdays. No limits weekends Fri-Saturday. Please do not give the key out to anyone else. The home is strictly for booked guests only.
