Lovely double storey house at Bardwell Park, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 2 living areas and a decent backyard. We are accounting and finance professionals. We love a simple and active lifestyle enjoying all type of outdoor activities incl trail run, hiking, travelling as well as socialising and entertaining (movies and musical show). We like to keep our home living simple, clean and organized. We welcome people who are easy going, friendly, reliable and responsible and looking for a really nice place to call home even short stay. Single Room (Upstairs Room) with Shared bathroom Queen size bed with built-in wardrobe Capacity: 1 Rates: 350.00 Weekly / 1450.00 Monthly 3. Single Room (Morning Room) with Shared bathroom Cozy room with carpet on, Double bed, Brand-new bed and mattress, Decent size 3.3m*3.6m Capacity: 1 Rates: 330.00 Weekly / 1250.00 Monthly House Rules: Smoking is not allowed indoors but outdoors Please keep our home secure when leaving the house. Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. Please do not bring strangers into our home. If you would like to invite a friend over, ask first. Please respect our home but feel comfortable. Treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. Please keep quiet after 11 pm.
